UK will-writing software for single and mirror wills.
Prepare your will instructions online for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Record beneficiaries, executors, children, guardianship and proposed trusts; review your answers and download draft documents for independent legal review. For professional document preparation only. Draft testamentary clauses are subject to independent legal settlement and are not approved for execution.

The form normally appears automatically. If this message remains, a required JavaScript file may be missing, blocked or served from an earlier cached release.
To fix this: refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). In Hostinger File Manager, confirm that app.js, engine.js, legal-preflight.js, and the other JavaScript files are alongside index.html in public_html/makeawill/. Then clear Hostinger website/CDN cache.
Direct check: open the required app.js file. It must display JavaScript source, not a 404 error or an HTML page.
Clarity before commitment.
Creating a document and making a legally valid will are different steps. This working build generates documents for professional review. It does not certify testamentary capacity, eliminate family claims or confirm that a will has been lawfully executed.
Will-writing software explained
Fenton Marsh Make a Will is a UK-focused online preparation tool. You can record instructions for a single will or for two separate mirror wills, identify people who should administer your estate, nominate guardians, and note beneficiaries and possible trust arrangements. The tool produces previews and downloadable professional review drafts. It cannot establish testamentary capacity, assess every family claim or replace the legal review needed for a will suitable for execution.
Frequently asked questions
Can software create a legally valid will?
Software can prepare wording and supporting documents, but validity depends on the applicable legal rules, the person's circumstances, and proper signing and witnessing. The documents produced here are professional review drafts for professional review, not guaranteed valid wills.
Are mirror wills the same as a joint will?
No. The questionnaire prepares two distinct sets of instructions, one for each testator. Mirror wills often use similar gifts but must be reviewed and executed separately, and one person can ordinarily change their will later.
Can I include children, guardians and trusts?
The software records proposed guardian and trustee appointments and can produce illustrative trust clauses and schedules. Trusts for minors, vulnerable beneficiaries, property and inheritance-tax planning require careful, jurisdiction-specific review.
Does the website keep my will instructions?
The current tool processes questionnaire answers in your browser. To continue later, download a password-encrypted draft file and reload it on a future visit. The hosting provider may still retain ordinary technical access logs; see our privacy explanation.
